TYPOGRAPHIC CAMPAIGN

This campaign focused on the use of typography. I was asked to create a tour poster and website

for a band or singer of my choice. I chose Bruno Mars for two reasons. A. Due to his quirky and

rather unusual music style. B. Because he is one of my favourite singers. Having been to see

him live I already felt I had a thorough understanding of his style and his personality. During

the completion of this brief I learned about the importance of typography and how it can

play a massive role within Advertising. Before starting this task I had never payed

particularly close attention to fonts before, now I know they are just as crucial

as the image itself. This campaign was definatley a learning curve for me

and I aim to apply this new knowledge to my future campaigns.
